We'll work directly with you, and your broker, to make the transition to Bright Choices as simple and seamless as possible. We'll supply communication templates, trainings and change management materials to help you get your employees prepared for their new benefits experience!
The Liazon team provides total support throughout the process, with a dedicated Implementation project manager overseeing all aspects of implementation. In addition, our configuration team and data transmission experts will help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout.
Post-implementation, you’ll be transitioned to a dedicated client service manager who will oversee your account, focusing on technology, administration and ongoing satisfaction.
